My life's path has led me to find my passion in the mental health field. I graduated with honors from Garner-Webb University in 2012. I counsel anyone seeking relief, healing, and the peace of mind that they are not able to achieve on their own. Therapy allows you the guidance to work though issues, and therefore leads to finding hope, embracing change, and overcoming issues. Join me on a safe, nurturing, and mindful journey.
While I seek to offer help to everyone, one area of my practice is to help new moms through their prenatal and postpartum stages. I am a specialist in perinatal distress (prenatal/postpartum depression and anxiety). I am here to help mothers, as well as their family members, during this very emotional, raw, confusing, sometimes scary, and challenging time.
